How to use Vizor Portal [ index ]

Welcome to Vizor Portal, an electronic supervisory and statistical portal which allows companies to complete and submit returns to their supervising authority. It also allows companies to view information that the authority holds about the company.

Simply use the menu buttons at the top of the screen to navigate around Vizor Portal. The main menus are as follows:

Home
You can access the Home page at any time by clicking this button, the Home page carries general information relating to Vizor Portal.

Forms
The Forms menu contain Create/Edit/View/Delete Form, View Submissions and Draft Forms. The Create Form functionality allows Forms to be created which will be later submitted to the Authority. And users can access to a View Submissions containing all previously submitted Forms and access to the PDF version of the submitted Form for download, printing & signing, also they can Request Resubmission of a Form in the case where a Form has been submitted with incorrect data. The Draft Forms allows users to complete forms for submission to the authority on behalf of a company and allows for the deletion of Forms created in error.

Company Profile
The View Profile functionality allows users to view the profile information held by the Authority about your company.

Users
The Manage User functionality allows the main company user to add new company users who will have access to edit and submit Forms. The main company user can also view and edit the personal details, roles and activate/deactivate existing company users through this functionality.

My Details
Users should access this functionality in order to view and update your individual user details and also to change your password. When a user first logs on to the Vizor Portal website they are required to change their password before they can access any of the website functionalities. Users can access My Details from the icon link at the top-right corner of the page.
